- Connections Minister - One of the greatest blessings these past few years is just how much the Bentonville church has grown. We have gained more than 300 new members in the last three years, and we have new people coming to visit each week. What an incredible blessing! God is doing amazing things here!
As part of that growth, your shepherds have determined that we need to create a new ministry role here. We are beginning the search for a Connections Minister, someone who can help visitors as they come to the church and help integrate new and existing members into the ministries that are available here. We hope that this individual will help people discover ways to serve in our congregation and community. It will require someone who is hospitable to new people and organized as they create new systems and processes for integrating new members. We are excited to have someone who can help us be more intentional as we continue to grow and reach people for Christ.
