We believe that middle school and junior high is not just a transitional period between childhood and adolescence, but a crucial period where kids actively shape their understanding of faith and their place in the world. Our desire is to create an engaging environment where middle school and junior high students can be themselves as they explore their faith, build meaningful relationships with peers and connect deeply with God.
Trailblazers is for middle school aged children in grades 5, 6 and 7:
- Join us Sunday mornings at 9:25 AM and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM in rooms 20/21 for Bible Class. Typically we have grade specific classes on Sunday mornings and a combined class on Wednesday evenings.
- Every 3rd Wednesday of the month we have J.A.M. Pizza Palooza, where we meet before class at 5:30 PM and enjoy pizza and work on a service project for different groups or individuals within our congregation.

Meet our ministry leader, Nick!
Nick Mauldin is the minister of our Trailblazers. Nick is a life-long member of our church. He and his wife, Rachel, have both been servant leaders of our congregation for decades. They have two children, Grayson and Piper, and hope to lead, love, and support each Trailblazer, reminding them that they are loved by Christ and the child of a King.
