Waymakers serves as a connection hub, linking members who are facing life-altering illnesses, injuries, major life events, or require long-term care with the right support. We take the time to listen to each individual so we can fully understand the challenges they're facing, and then work with other existing ministries to create a unique church family care team made just for them - so no one has to face those challenges alone. We then help oversee on-going care and manage needs that are not currently covered by other ministries to ensure a true total care experience.
